Key Responsibilities:
- Developing creative and user-friendly e-learning content
- Working closely with team lead
- Supporting team with designing e-learning in Adobe Creative Cloud software or Figma or PowerPoint
- Collaborating with other teams (if required)
- Creating user-friendly interactions
- Editing audio files
- Performing edits based on feedback
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Multimedia Design, Instructional Design or a related field
- Excellent knowledge of storyboarding, visual design principles and animation
- A complete portfolio of multimedia design content showcasing your skills and experience
- Experience with Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Creative Cloud and Learning Management System (LMS)
- Previous experience with e-learning designing, multimedia design, user experience design and other domains of training and learning development systems
Skills:
- Keen eye for aesthetics and visually appealing content
- Knowledge of Instructional Design (ID)
- Ability to figure out errors in UX
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to work with little guidance
- Good management skills
- Good communication skills
