Jr. Final Expense Closer

BoostHive is looking for a motivated Junior Final Expense Closer to join our growing sales team. This role is ideal for a confident sales professional who understands the art of building trust, handling objections, and converting qualified prospects into successful policy enrollments.

You will work with high-intent leads guiding customers through their Final Expense Insurance options while delivering a professional, consultative sales experience.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants to sharpen their closing skills, grow within the insurance sales industry, and progress toward a future Team Lead / Sales Leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle qualified sales opportunities from customers interested in Final Expense Insurance.
• Conduct needs-based conversations to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Present policies clearly, confidently, and professionally.
• Overcome objections using strong communication, empathy, and sales techniques.
• Drive conversations toward successful closures while maintaining compliance standards.
• Maintain accurate CRM updates, call notes, and customer records.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to improve scripts, strategies, and conversion rates.

Must Have Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of experience in Final Expense, Life Insurance, US Sales, or high-ticket closing.
• Proven ability to close deals and consistently achieve sales targets.
• Strong spoken English and professional communication skills.
• Confident personality with excellent objection-handling ability.
• Experience with CRMs, dialers, and sales workflows.
• Self-driven, disciplined, and comfortable working in a performance-focused environment.
