Description:
As a Junior Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth for TecXra. You’ll focus on generating high-quality leads through LinkedIn, email marketing, and remote job platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct discovery calls with prospects to understand needs, challenges, and budget.
- Present TecXra’s IT and software services in a clear, value-focused way to decision-makers.
- Consistently generate new business by developing strong client partnerships and closing deals.
- Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions that win client trust.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions, negotiations, and closed deals in CRM.
- Build strong, long-term client relationships for repeat business and upselling opportunities.
- Continuously develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and business opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, adapting strategies to improve closure rates.
- Represent TecXra professionally in meetings, presentations, and client communications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (BBA, BBIT, BSCS, BSIT, MSc IT). ADP program and final year students may also apply.
- Fresh - 1 years of experience in business development, lead generation, or sales.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn marketing, email marketing, and outreach platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Target-driven, persuasive, and confident in client interactions.
- Familiarity with software outsourcing and IT services is highly preferred.
