The ideal candidates will be experienced Java professionals who are deeply familiar with enterprise-grade backend development, particularly Spring Boot and cloud-based microservices architectures. Developers will join high-impact teams to work on scalable, secure, and mission-critical applications for global clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based backend applications using Spring Boot

• Implement and manage cloud-native microservices architecture

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including front-end, DevOps, and QA engineers

• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following software engineering best practices

• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and architectural discussions

• Ensure system reliability, performance, and security throughout the application lifecycle

• Monitor production systems and troubleshoot issues as they arise

• Continuously research new technologies and advocate for technical improvements

Requirements:

• 4 to 10 years of hands-on experience in Java development

• Strong command of Spring Boot and enterprise Java frameworks

• Practical experience with microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and containerized environments

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps integration is a strong plus

• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills

• Ability to manage tasks independently or lead junior developers (for lead-level roles)

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
