Java Developer

Seamless is currently seeking a Java Developer with 3–5 years of professional experience to join their Lahore-based team in a hybrid working model. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable backend systems using Java and Spring Boot

• Design and implement REST/SOAP APIs

• Contribute to microservices-based architecture and infrastructure

• Solve complex problems using data structures and algorithms

• Collaborate in CI/CD workflows and containerized environments

• Work with relational and NoSQL databases for optimized performance

• Participate in cross-functional team discussions and agile methodologies

Key Requirements:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in:

  • Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring Core

  • REST/SOAP APIs

  • Microservices architecture

• Strong proficiency in problem-solving, data structures, and algorithms

• Exposure to containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using Bamboo

• Experience with messaging systems like RabbitMQ and reporting tools like BIRT

• Database skills with MySQL, MariaDB, Redis

• Understanding of logging/monitoring tools (ELK Stack: Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana)

• Comfortable with Git, Maven, and Linux-based systems

• Must be based in Lahore and open to a hybrid work environment
