As a Systems Engineer, you will be a key player in maintaining and enhancing the IT infrastructure of client businesses. This role involves problem-solving, system updates, user training, and ensuring data integrity, security, and efficient system operations. You’ll also collaborate with external vendors for complex issues and contribute to documentation and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues via phone, remote access, and ticketing systems.

• Maintain and regularly update systems and software for clients.

• Provide user training and create documentation for recurring issues and solutions.

• Ensure strict data confidentiality and system security practices.

• Deliver on-call support during weekends when needed.

• Liaise with vendors to handle advanced or escalated technical problems.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• At least 2 years of experience working in corporate IT environments.

• Hands-on knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office (2016+), and basic networking.

• Familiarity with Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP is preferred.

• Industry certifications such as MCP, Sophos, or similar are considered a plus.
