TAK Devs is hiring a dependable and hands-on IT & Systems Administrator to manage internal systems, support a growing team, and ensure our IT operations run securely and efficiently.

This is a key role suited for someone with a solid IT support background who wants to grow into infrastructure, compliance, or security in a professional tech environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage laptops, system health, and employee onboarding/offboarding
• Set up and maintain secure office networks and internet access
• Monitor and manage internal servers and hosting environments
• Maintain company website and basic online systems
• Support IT policies, access control, and compliance readiness
• Maintain asset inventory and oversee surveillance systems
• Conduct regular IT checks and documentation updates

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in IT/system administration
• Strong troubleshooting across hardware, software, and networks
• Knowledge of endpoint security and routine maintenance practices
• A process-driven mindset with strong documentation skills
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent
