It Support Technician

Description:

Diabetic Association of Pakistan is seeking a dedicated IT Support Technician responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting the organization’s LAN networks, desktop systems, and CCTV infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have practical hands-on experience in IT support and demonstrate the ability to independently resolve technical issues. This role involves ensuring seamless operational continuity across IT and security systems within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain local area networks (LAN) and Wi-Fi systems to ensure reliable connectivity.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including Windows OS, MS Office applications, and antivirus programs.

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot CCTV cameras along with DVR/NVR systems, ensuring proper camera alignment, connectivity, and footage storage management.

• Handle general IT support tasks to maintain smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Requirements:

• Technical proficiency in network setup and maintenance (LAN/Wi-Fi).

• Experience with diagnosing and resolving desktop hardware and software issues.

• Knowledge of CCTV camera systems and related infrastructure troubleshooting.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
