As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the day-to-day functionality of Windows-based systems, managing basic networking tasks, fixing hardware such as printers, and ensuring the organization's tech infrastructure remains secure and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems across desktops and laptops

• Troubleshoot and repair hardware issues, including printers, scanners, and peripherals

• Provide LAN/WAN support, including router, switch, and cabling setup

• Offer first-level technical support to employees and resolve system/software-related issues

• Ensure all systems and applications are updated and secure

• Maintain inventory of IT equipment and ensure timely replacements or upgrades

• Assist with onboarding tech setup for new employees

• Coordinate with vendors or third-party service providers when required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with Windows OS setup and support

• Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN networking concepts

• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues

• Good understanding of IT security best practices

• Ability to communicate technical terms clearly to non-technical users

• Fast learner with a “can-do” attitude and attention to detail

• Ability to multitask and manage support requests efficiently
