We are currently seeking an Information Technology Support Specialist to join our team in Karachi on a full-time, on-site basis. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and offering help desk assistance. Key tasks include managing desktop computers, resolving IT-related problems, and ensuring the smooth operation of all IT systems.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for various IT-related issues.

• Manage and maintain desktop computers and information technology systems.

• Resolve tech-related problems efficiently and provide help desk support.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth operation of IT infrastructure.

• Provide assistance with both Windows and Linux systems.

Qualifications:

• Strong technical support and troubleshooting skills.

• Experience working with desktop computers and information technology systems.

• Proficiency in Windows and Linux systems.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

• Previous experience in IT support roles is a plus.

Working Hours:
Mon-Fri: 9 PM to 6 AM
