It Support Officer

Description:

• Responsible for Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, scanners etc.
• Responsible for monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
• Providing technical support across the company
• Installation and configuration of operating systems and applications.
• Talk to staff through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues.
• Troubleshoot network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
• Procurement of IT Equipment when needed.
• Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
• Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with other I.T. related issues.
• Email Support to Users respond within agreed time limits to complaints & queries.
• Ability to work on network and data security.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from a reputed HEC recognized University.
• Experience in Desktop support and strong hardware, software and network troubleshooting.
• Minimum 02 Years Experience
