Position: IT Support Officer

Orient Ceramica is looking for a motivated and proactive IT Support Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing first-level IT support for hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and network-related issues

Respond to support tickets, calls, emails, and walk-in requests in a timely manner

Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment

Update operating systems, drivers, and business software

Monitor and support LAN/WAN connectivity

Maintain IT asset records and support lifecycle management

Assist with system backups and antivirus/endpoint security

Requirements:

Good knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, basic networking, and hardware troubleshooting

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
