Arcana Info Karachi Office (Civil Lines) is looking for an IT Support Intern / Management Trainee (MTO) to join our team!
If you're a fresh Computer Science graduate or currently starting your IT career with basic knowledge of networks and servers, this is a great opportunity to learn, grow, and gain hands-on experience in a professional IT environment.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
-Assist in IT support tasks
-Help with day-to-day IT operations
-Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues
-Coordinate with senior IT staff for escalations
-Support in documenting IT activities and issues
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (fresh graduates encouraged)
-Basic understanding of networking (IP addressing, DNS, DHCP)
-Familiarity with Windows/Linux server environments
-Good communication and problem-solving skills
-Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced IT setup
