💻 Position: IT Support Executive
TEKBOOX, a US-based BPO and IT company, is urgently looking for an experienced IT Support Executive to join our growing team in Lahore.
We are seeking a skilled professional with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, network administration, virtualization, backup solutions, and L1/L2 technical support.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Configure and troubleshoot pfSense firewalls, VPNs, NAT, and security rules.
Manage Cisco switches, VLANs, trunking, and access ports.
Configure and maintain CurrentWare for web filtering and internet access control.
Troubleshoot routing, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, subnetting, and WAN/LAN connectivity.
Provide L1/L2 technical support for hardware, software, Windows OS, printers, and peripherals.
Manage VMware ESXi/vSphere environments and virtual machines.
Monitor Veeam Backup jobs, perform data restoration, and resolve backup failures.
Administer Active Directory, user accounts, Group Policy, and access permissions.
Configure and troubleshoot Kerio tunneling and VPN connectivity.
Monitor server and network performance, maintain IT documentation, and meet support SLAs.
🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications
✅ Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, Networking, or a related field.
✅ 3–4 years of relevant IT support and infrastructure experience.
✅ Hands-on experience with pfSense, Cisco switches, and CurrentWare.
✅ Practical knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy.
✅ Working experience with VMware ESXi/vSphere and Veeam Backup.
✅ Knowledge of Kerio tunneling/VPN, routing, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, and NAT.
✅ Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
⭐ Preferred Qualifications
CCNA certification or equivalent networking knowledge.
VMware or Veeam certifications.
Experience with server administration, network monitoring, IT ticketing systems, and IT asset management.
