Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure.
Work with both managed and unmanaged network switches.
Diagnose and resolve network-related issues.
Provide technical support to end-users.
Install and configure software, including Microsoft Office and Windows 10/11.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware such as servers, printers, and workstations.
Install and troubleshoot CCTV systems, including NVR/DVR.
Perform daily network administration and monitoring tasks.
Work with MS Active Directory, Office 365 email services, ISP ticketing/complaint management, backups, SAN/NAS, antivirus solutions, file/print servers, VMware/Hyper-V, DNS, operating system updates, performance tuning, and business continuity processes.
Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in physical network infrastructure.
Certifications such as CCNA or MCSE will be considered a plus.
