Description:
Nitro LLC, a U.S.-based e-commerce company, is actively seeking a tech-savvy and solutions-oriented IT Support Executive to become a part of its on-site team in Lahore. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys resolving technical issues, supporting users, and ensuring smooth IT operations in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
As an IT Support Executive, you will be the go-to person for troubleshooting, resolving hardware and software issues, and providing technical assistance to team members. Your role will involve hands-on problem solving, system maintenance, and close collaboration with both local and U.S.-based teams.
Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, network, and peripheral devices
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software applications
Maintain IT documentation and ensure system security and data protection practices
Support staff in day-to-day IT operations and resolve user-reported technical problems
Coordinate with U.S.-based technical teams as needed for escalations or system-level support
Assist with the setup of new hardware, software, and user accounts
