Nitro LLC, a U.S.-based e-commerce company, is actively seeking a tech-savvy and solutions-oriented IT Support Executive to become a part of its on-site team in Lahore. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys resolving technical issues, supporting users, and ensuring smooth IT operations in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

As an IT Support Executive, you will be the go-to person for troubleshooting, resolving hardware and software issues, and providing technical assistance to team members. Your role will involve hands-on problem solving, system maintenance, and close collaboration with both local and U.S.-based teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, network, and peripheral devices

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues

  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software applications

  • Maintain IT documentation and ensure system security and data protection practices

  • Support staff in day-to-day IT operations and resolve user-reported technical problems

  • Coordinate with U.S.-based technical teams as needed for escalations or system-level support

  • Assist with the setup of new hardware, software, and user accounts
