It Support Engineer

We are looking for an experienced and proactive IT Support Engineer to join our technical support team onsite in Bahria Town, Rawalpindi. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in IT support and troubleshooting, be located in Rawalpindi or Islamabad, and be ready to start immediately. This role requires working in rotational evening/night shifts, providing essential technical assistance and support to ensure smooth IT operations.

As an IT Support Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for resolving technical issues and providing prompt, effective solutions to clients and internal teams. Your ability to troubleshoot, manage support tickets, and communicate clearly will be critical to maintaining service quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to IT support tickets, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution with clients.

• Troubleshoot and resolve Level 1 and Level 2 technical issues related to networking, hardware, software, and system operations.

• Manage daily field engineering activities, providing support to customers onsite and remotely.

• Deliver high-quality technical support via phone, email, and onsite visits, maintaining professionalism at all times.

• Handle rotational evening/night shifts (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM) with the ability to perform well under pressure and make confident decisions quickly.

• Coordinate with escalation teams and senior engineers to resolve complex technical issues efficiently.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all support activities, client interactions, and issue resolutions for future reference.

• Ensure high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction are consistently met.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support or related technical roles.

• Valid CCNA Certification is mandatory, demonstrating solid networking knowledge and skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities combined with excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

• Must reside in Rawalpindi or Islamabad and be available for onsite work.

• Immediate availability to join is highly preferred.
