It Support Engineer

Description:

Qarshi Industries (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented IT Support Engineer to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of its IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing LAN/WAN networks, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and implementing enhancements to optimize network performance.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Network & System Maintenance: Maintain and ensure the availability of LAN/WAN networks for seamless operations.
✅ Software & OS Installation: Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems and software applications.
✅ Troubleshooting & Support: Identify and resolve network, hardware, and software issues at on-site or remote locations.
✅ Security & Data Protection: Manage and troubleshoot File, Print, Antivirus, and Active Directory under the guidance of the reporting in-charge.
✅ System Enhancements: Recommend and implement enhancements/modifications to improve network infrastructure.
✅ Hardware & CCTV Maintenance: Responsible for the installation, repair, and upgradation of computer hardware, software, and CCTV systems.

Required Qualifications:

✔ BS (IT) / BS (CS) or a related degree.
✔ Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support and networking.
✔ Microsoft or Cisco Certification (Preferred).
✔ Strong understanding of operating systems, troubleshooting, and network protocols.
✔ Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams for efficient IT management.
