It Support Assistant

 

Description:

1- Providing technical support, troubleshooting and resolving IT issues, and providing guidance on the use of IT systems and softwares.

2- Configuring and maintaining computer systems, hardware, software, and networks, and maintaining systems if needed.

3- Ensuring IT systems are up-to-date: Keeping systems and software updated and patched, and monitoring systems to ensure they are running efficiently.

4- Assisting the ongoing IT projects, such as system upgrades or migrations, and ensuring that projects are completed on time.

5- Providing training and guidance: Providing training and guidance to employees on the use of IT systems and software, and creating documentation and user guides to assist with the use of IT systems.

6- Vendor management: managing and communicating with IT vendors and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of IT services and solutions.

7- Communicating with stakeholders: Communicating with stakeholders, including employees and management, to understand their IT needs and requirements and to ensure that IT services and solutions align with organisational goals.
