Hashone Digital Private Limited is looking for a motivated and technically skilled IT Support professional to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, network, and peripheral-related issues while ensuring the smooth operation of the organization's IT infrastructure.
 
📍 Location: Main University Road, Karachi
🕘 Shift: Night Shift (8:00 PM- 5:00 AM)  
💼 Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite 
 
Job Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux operating systems.
Set up new user workstations, email accounts, and system access.
Configure and support network printers and other office peripherals.
Assist in maintaining LAN connectivity and basic network infrastructure.
Perform software installations, updates, and system optimization.
Monitor and resolve user-reported IT incidents and service requests onsite and remote.
Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets, support tickets, and troubleshooting activities.
Assist in routine system maintenance, backups, and security updates.
Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff when required.

Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in IT Support or a similar technical support role.
Basic understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems.
Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, and LAN/WAN concepts.
Familiarity with printers, scanners, and other office peripherals.
Understanding of computer hardware components and troubleshooting techniques.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, common Adobe applications, and business applications.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
