IT Specialist – Night Shift

Shift: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Night Shift due to US operations)

Job Summary:
We are looking for an IT Specialist who can handle basic IT support and ensure smooth system operations during the night shift. The ideal candidate should know how to set up VoIP phones, manage network devices, and resolve common IT issues.

Key Responsibilities:

-Set up and support VoIP phones and related systems.
-Manage basic network devices such as Wi-Fi routers and switches.
-Assist in maintaining system stability and connectivity.
-Resolve day-to-day IT issues for the team.
-Keep basic documentation updated.

Requirements:

-Basic knowledge of VoIP and IT support.
-Understanding of computer networks and troubleshooting.
-Ability to work independently during the night shift.
-Willing to learn and manage routine IT tasks
