We are looking for a skilled IT Specialist who can ensure smooth IT operations, troubleshoot issues, and support our infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Ensure system security, backups, and data protection.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and applications.
- Provide technical support to staff and resolve IT-related queries.
- Monitor system performance and implement upgrades when necessary.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science or related field.
- Proven experience in IT support, networking, and troubleshooting in the IT Industry.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems, servers, and security protocols.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
