It Service Management Sr Specialist

Description:

Minimum of 4 years experience in an ITSM or infrastructure related role

Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English

Be able to simultaneously engage a variety of individuals, building strong relationships and encourage robust discussions. Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations Have an appreciation of technical infrastructure from traditional 3 tier architecture to cloud native.
