This position is for a driven Presales / Implementation Consultant to keep up with market demand for Enterprise Service Management solutions. This is a highly visible role working with enterprise clients.

Job Responsibilities:

· Takes a lead role in IT Service Management and Asset Management pre-sales and implementation.

· Customer-centric solution selling, demonstrating business values.

· Understands how ITSM / ITAM solutions can address business pain points.

· Have a thorough understanding of business practices and industry trends.

· Respond to and resolve all customer inquiries.

· Configure and customize ITSM modules based on customer needs (SLM, SRM, ..)

· Solid understanding of ITIL 4 framework, writing and updating ITIL practices, and processes.

· Discover infrastructure and sync to CMDB to build Asset Management inventory.

· Design and Develop Integrations between Service Desk, Asset Management and 3rd Party Systems.

Profile:

· Bachelor's degree in computer science or related faculties.

· 3-5 years of relevant experience in ITSM / ITOM. solutions

· Excellent knowledge of ITIL Processes.

· Good Knowledge of Containers is a plus.

· Prior end-to-end project implementation experience is a plus.

· Very Good problem-solving abilities.

· Adeptness in the use of logic, and above-average communication skills.

· Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.

· Very Good command of both written and spoken English and Arabic language.
