Description:
As the Sales Team Lead, you’ll drive the sales engine of Nacretech, focusing primarily on UI/UX-centric web and mobile application services, as well as cloud and AI-based solutions. Your role will involve leading the sales team, managing strategic accounts, converting inbound leads, and pursuing outbound opportunities through direct outreach and platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn, and freelance networks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Motivate, guide, and manage a high-performing sales team to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Target-Driven Strategy: Build and execute sales strategies with a laser focus on achieving KPIs, especially through online channels like Upwork.
- Client Engagement: Lead virtual and onsite meetings to assess client needs, deliver tailored pitches, and ensure a superior sales experience.
- UI/UX-Centric Selling: Emphasize the value of well-designed, user-friendly interfaces and experiences in proposals and client conversations.
- Lead Generation: Supervise and contribute to lead management efforts – both inbound and outbound – across channels.
- Proposal & Bid Management: Create custom proposals for marketplaces like Upwork and work closely with technical teams to respond to complex client requirements.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate effectively with technical, design, and marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction and solution alignment.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field. Certifications in sales or tech are a plus.
- Experience:
- 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in the tech industry.
- At least 1–2 years in a leadership or team lead role.
- Demonstrated success in Upwork bidding, client acquisition, and closing high-value deals.
- Proven background in selling UI/UX-driven web and mobile app development services.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, web and mobile app development cycles, and cloud/AI solutions.
- Excellent communication, cold-calling, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Ability to craft winning proposals, deliver compelling demos, and close deals confidently.
