🔍 Job Overview:
Endemand IT is seeking an experienced IT Recruitment Specialist with strong exposure to the Middle East and KSA markets. The ideal candidate should be a sourcing expert with a proven ability to close complex and niche IT roles.


🛠 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end IT recruitment for ME & KSA markets
• Perform advanced sourcing (Boolean, X-ray search, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
• Understand and fill complex technical requirements within deadlines
• Partner with hiring managers and clients for hiring alignment
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines
• Conduct screenings, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate experience
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports


🧠 Required Skills & Experience:
• Proven international IT recruitment experience (ME & KSA preferred)
• Excellent Boolean and advanced sourcing expertise
• Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and hiring trends
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience hiring for senior, niche, and hard-to-fill IT roles

⭐ Preferred:
• Prior recruitment experience for Middle East clients
• Familiarity with visa types and regional hiring practices
