Join our dynamic team as a Recruiter – Talent Acquisition, where you’ll play a key role in sourcing and hiring top-tier IT professionals for our US-based clients. You’ll manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.

What You’ll Do:
✅ Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
✅ Screen, interview, and evaluate technical and behavioral fit.
✅ Collaborate with clients and hiring managers on hiring needs.
✅ Manage offers, negotiations, and onboarding.
✅ Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future roles.
✅ Stay up to date on market trends and recruitment best practices.
What We’re Looking For:
🎓 Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR or Business Administration.
💼 Minimum 4 years of experience in US IT recruitment.
🧠 Strong knowledge of US tax terms, visa types, and work authorizations.
💻 Proficiency in ATS systems and major job boards.
🗣 Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills.
