Description:
1. Support IT product include (sever, storage, OS, FC switch etc.) 7*24 for customers; 2. Solve customer live network issues timely, and responsible for customer stable network; 3. Summary the case during the SR handing and service request; 4. Root cause analysis and troubleshooting; 5. Technical solution development, implementation, and customer communication; 6. Analyze the health check report, identify risks and provide solutions or advice; 7. MOP review and cooperate with the REP office to complete the accident drill; Professional Knowledge 1. High Communication skills and influence English oral and written capability; 2. Be familiar with technologies related to IT products in all domains; 3. Have more than three years of maintenance experience in the IT field, have a comprehensive understanding of Huawei IT product, such as OceanStor/Dorado/E9000/RH2288; 4. Have work experience in Operational Support Systems or FusionSphere is preferred. Education & Experience: Bachelor and above (Computer Science, Communications and Networking etc.) Minimum 3 years relevant experience in relevant Technology.
