About the Role: Flight Way Tourism & Travels is looking for Tech-Savvy Graduates (CS/IT background preferred) who want to switch from traditional coding jobs to a dynamic career in Business, Sales & Travel Operations.

We are not a typical "old-school" agency. We need smart individuals who can use Technology, AI, and Automation to revolutionize how travel business is done.

What You Will Do (The Hybrid Role):

• Smart Operations: Use advanced internet research, AI tools, and software to find the best flight/visa solutions faster than any typical agent.
• Process Automation: Identify manual tasks in the office (like data entry or messaging) and use your IT skills to automate or speed them up.
• Client Dealing: Professionally handle B2B & B2C clients at our premium corporate office in Giga Mall.
• Digital Management: Manage CRM, online portals, and digital documentation efficiently.

Who Should Apply?

• Background: BS in CS, IT, Software Engineering, (with strong tech skills).
• Skills: Expert in AI Auotomations, Web Research, Excel, and learning new apps/software quickly.
• Mindset: You must have a "Business Mindset"—we want future leaders, not just workers.
• Communication: Fluent in Urdu & Professional English.
