💻 Proficient in macOS and Windows operating systems
🧰 Skilled in using common office software and resolving hardware/software issues
🖨️ Knowledge of printers, projectors, drivers, and computer hardware
📞 Able to provide efficient remote IT support
🌐 Solid understanding of networking fundamentals
📡 Experience with network equipment – switches, routers, access points
🛠️ Can independently set up and maintain office networks
🚀 Ability to resolve wireless connectivity issues (e.g., weak signals, no internet, slow speed)
⌨️ Confident in using command-line tools for troubleshooting

🎓 Preferred (Bonus Skills):
✅ Network Manufacturer Certification (e.g., Cisco, Huawei)
✅ Microsoft Certification (MCP, MCSA, etc.)
