It On/offboarding Coordinator

The Role: The On/Offboarding coordinator will be responsible for receiving On/Offboarding requests from hiring managers. He/she will coordinate the On/Offboarding activities of new and transitioning employees. The On/Offboarding analyst will work under the On/Offboarding Manager to compile and report analytics to improve the current process.
 

The Career Opportunity: Initiate, coordinate, and monitor new and existing employee on/off boarding activities with involved departments (i.e. Provisioning of ids for intranet, etc., equipment, telephones, security access cards). Report to the On/Offboarding Manager, successes and failures in the process so improvements can be made.

Responsibilities

  • Receive on/off boarding requests from hiring managers and take action to on/off board employees.
  • Monitor the progress of individual events/tickets and follow up with those departments involved in the on/off boarding of employees.
  • Maintain the status of individual events in a progress database so analytics can be created on the success and failure of individual On/Offboarding events.
  • Co-ordinate with the firm’s IT service providers to ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Escalate and resolve event backlogs related to IT service providers.
  • Gather additional details from process owners to ensure requirements are clearly defined.
  • Advise hiring managers of the progress of individual events when requested.

  • Experience in initiating, coordinating, monitoring workflows in a procurement function
  • Familiarity with help desk functions and working with IT Service Providers
