Monsalwa is seeking a motivated and skilled IT Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure, providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of all IT systems.
Key Responsibilities
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and networks.
• Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT-related issues promptly.
• Monitor system performance and ensure network security.
• Manage user accounts, email systems, and data backups.
• Maintain IT inventory and documentation.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity problems.
• Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment and services.
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant IT support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with network administration and troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
