We are looking for a proactive and experienced IT Officer to manage and support our company's IT infrastructure and systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining hardware and software systems, and ensuring the smooth operation of all IT-related functions.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Hands-on experience with ERP environment (CANDELA)

• Ensure integration of POS with FBR portal.

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks.

• Provide technical support to staff, both onsite and remotely.

• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.

• Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras (IP).

• Maintain inventory of all IT assets.

• Perform regular backups and system upgrades.

• Support the setup of new devices, emails, and user accounts.

• Ensure data protection and cybersecurity protocols are in place.

✅ Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Proven experience as an IT Support Officer, IT Technician, or similar role.

• Good problem-solving and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
