Description:
•Reports to Assistant Manager IT and Manager IT
• Follow up on all operational tasks and follow ups assign by department head or senior
• Resolve all Guest / Delegation & Administrative related issues where guest is on top priority
• Installation/Configuration OS including all corporate applications i.e. oracle, & SQL
• Responsible for daily logs and also keep eye on all others log as well
• Execution of disaster recovery/fire drill exercise on monthly basis
• Keep all Systems, Security Patches, Anti Virus, Computers, Applications & Critical Data Backups up to date
• Make sure Symantec Online/Offline Backup running smoothly
• Troubleshooting, installation and configuration of all critical systems, hardware & applications
• LAN/WAN & Switches & Firewall configuration, logs review and troubleshooting.
• PRI & all telecommunication/PABX
• In depth knowledge of all critical application or system i.e. PABX, IPTV, Vingcard, Opera, Micros, Interface, MFF, FMC, SLS, Milano, Call Accounting, Digital Signage, LAN/WAN & Communication lines
• Reporting tools i.e. Vision and Etc.
• System log and events view on quarterly basis
• Installation of all servers and configuration
• Inventory of all related equipment up to date and cross check on quarterly basis
• Log and record of all licenses with location of installation
• Inventory and related records update online on regular basis
• Preventive Maintenance Schedule
• Effective communication skills
• Trainings/Knowledge sharing
