Description:

  • Responsibilities:-
  • Installation and troubleshooting of Network related hardware/software.
  • Firewall Installation/Configuration & Management Remote Network and system support.
  • Knowledge of Client/server database applications.
  • Technical Helpdesk Services.
  • Remote administration of Windows PC's.
  • Handling/Management of servers Routing concepts must be strong.
  • Disaster Recovery/Backup management.
  • Write training manuals.
  • Train computer users.
  • Maintain daily performance of computer systems.
  • Respond to email messages for customers seeking help.
  • Walk customer through problem-solving process.
  • Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
  • Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems.
  • Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems like IP Phones.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved.
  • Run reports to determine malfunctions that continue to occur.
  • Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-5-year experience working in a technical support environment.

  • Must be enthusiastic and energetic with command of English (verbal and written).
  • Previous experience and superior customer/helpdesk service skills.
  • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills with ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
