It Network Manager

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Network Manager to oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's IT network infrastructure across Karachi and Islamabad. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 7 years of proven experience managing enterprise-level networks and ensuring their reliability, security, and performance.

As the IT Network Manager, you will be responsible for managing network operations, troubleshooting issues, implementing security protocols, and coordinating with IT teams to support organizational goals. This role requires a strong technical background, leadership abilities, and excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and manage network infrastructure across multiple locations.

• Monitor network performance and security to ensure optimal uptime and data protection.

• Troubleshoot network issues and coordinate timely resolutions.

• Lead network upgrades, expansions, and maintenance activities.

• Collaborate with IT and business teams to align network capabilities with organizational needs.

• Ensure compliance with IT policies and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• 5 to 7 years of experience in network management.

• Strong knowledge of network hardware, protocols, and security.

• Proven ability to manage multiple sites and large network infrastructures.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
