Description:
Printico International, a leader in gravure printing and packaging, is seeking a highly competent IT Manager to oversee and optimize our ERP system and IT infrastructure. Hired through Maxenius, the IT Manager will play a mission-critical role in ensuring seamless operations, system integrity, and continuous improvements across all production, procurement, design, and inventory modules of our printing ERP system.
Key ResponsibilitiesERP Management
- Manage, customize, and maintain the ERP system built for gravure printing operations.
- Oversee modules for:
- Job quotations and order lifecycle
- Design recipe and workflow automation
- Raw material and ink management
- Machine allocation and scheduling
- Cylinder lifecycle and reuse tracking
- Operator dashboards and performance monitoring
- Profit/loss reporting with cost input from labor, chemicals, and substrates
- Ensure ERP scalability and troubleshoot user-level or system-level issues.
- Collaborate with Maxenius developers to request new features, fixes, and upgrades.
IT & Infrastructure Oversight
- Maintain IT infrastructure, including local networks, cloud storage, backups, and user devices.
- Ensure cybersecurity protocols and data privacy standards are enforced.
- Monitor server health and uptime; coordinate with hosting/cloud vendors.
Operational Integration & Process Improvement
- Serve as a bridge between operations and IT, translating business requirements into ERP improvements.
- Identify inefficiencies in workflows and implement tech-driven optimizations.
- Train staff on ERP usage and IT systems; create documentation and SOPs.
Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination
- Manage relationships with third-party IT and software vendors, including Maxenius.
- Liaise with hardware suppliers for machine integration and peripheral support.
- Support cross-departmental goals by integrating relevant technologies into operations.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT/ERP management; experience in a manufacturing or print production environment is a strong advantage.
- Prior exposure to gravure, flexographic, or packaging printing processes preferred.
Technical Skills
- Hands-on knowledge of ERP systems (custom or off-the-shelf).
- Proficiency with databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL), cloud platforms, and APIs.
- Understanding of manufacturing workflows, design-to-delivery lifecycle, and inventory control.
