Responsibilities
-- Overseeing IT support functions, ensuring prompt troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues.
-- Maintaining efficient hardware, software, and network operations.
-- Managing system installations and maintenance, implementing IT support policies, and monitoring performance metrics.
-- Ensuring compliance with ITIL and industry standards.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science
Minimum 3 years of relevant IT operations or support experience.
Knowledge or experience with Cloud Information/Cloud technologies.
Strong ability to manage IT systems, troubleshoot issues, and support infrastructure.
