Sweet Creme Pakistan is looking to onboard a hands-on IT Manager to lead and manage our overall IT infrastructure. This role is critical for ensuring smooth operations across our head office and retail locations.

📍Location: DHA Phase 2 Lahore

Role Overview:
We’re looking for someone who can take full ownership of IT — from planning and implementation to day-to-day support. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working both strategically and operationally, especially in a fast-moving business environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and manage end-to-end IT infrastructure
Ensure uninterrupted functioning of IT systems across head office and branches
Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting when required
Manage networks, hardware, software, and system security
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers
Ensure data security, backups, and system reliability

Requirements:
4–6 years of relevant experience in IT management
Proven hands-on experience in system design and infrastructure management
Mandatory background in FMCG or Food Retail industry
Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage both strategic planning and operational execution
