PlayerOne Containers is looking for an IT Manager to manage our servers, IT assets, networking, and day-to-day IT support.
Key Responsibilities:
Infrastructure & Servers
Manage, monitor, and maintain on-premise and/or cloud servers and related services.
Ensure high availability, performance, and security of all critical systems.
Perform regular backups, updates, and patch management.
Networking & Security
Manage LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, firewalls, routers, switches, and VPNs.
Monitor network performance; troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues.
Implement and maintain IT security policies, antivirus, and endpoint protection.
IT Assets & Support
Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all IT assets (laptops, desktops, printers, network devices, etc.).
Install, configure, and upgrade hardware and software.
Provide Level 1 & 2 support to users; resolve IT queries and incidents in a timely manner.
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers when needed.
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, firewalls).
Experience with Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, user management, and backup tools.
Familiarity with IT security best practices and endpoint management.
Personal Attributes:
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s in Computer Science / IT or related field
3–6 years of experience in IT infrastructure, system admin & support
Strong knowledge of networking, servers, and IT security best practices
