As operations modernize with cloud, automation, and data-driven decision-making, the IT Manager will be the backbone enabling secure, efficient, and scalable technology across the organization.

 

What the role leads:

 

  • Build and secure infrastructure—networks, servers, endpoints, backups, VPNs—for high availability and continuity.
  • Keep platforms running—such as email, collaboration, HRIS/ERP, and health/program databases—with strong governance and proper licensing.
  • Drive cybersecurity culture - policies, access controls, patching, EDR, incident response, and user awareness training.
  • Deliver responsive support via a small IT team and vendor partners; document, report, and improve SLAs and processes.
  • Partner with leadership on cloud adoption, automation, and analytics to improve service delivery and compliance.

 

Ideal profile:

 

  • Degree in CS/IT; 5–7 years’ experience, including team lead responsibilities; certifications like CCNA/Azure/ITIL/Security+ are a plus.
  • Practical strength in networking, Windows/Linux, virtualization, cloud (Azure/365/GCP), backups/DR, and security tooling.
  • Clear communicator, structured operator, and coach for a service-oriented IT culture.
