Tech Valley is a Google for Education Country Partner in Pakistan, working to transform education

through digital solutions. We also support organisations in deploying Google Workspace and related

technologies across sectors.

 

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced IT Manager to oversee and manage Tech Valley

Pakistan internal web infrastructure and support our clients in setting up Google Workspace and

Google Workspace for Education environments. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 4 years of

managerial experience in the tech industry, strong technical knowledge of cloud-based tools, and be

willing to travel for project deployment and client support.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Internal IT & Website Management:

- Manage and maintain internal websites, servers, and hosting infrastructure.

- Ensure site performance, data security, and up-time monitoring.

- Lead website updates, integrations, and troubleshooting.

 

Google Workspace Deployment:

- Set up and manage Google Workspace and Google Workspace for Education accounts for clients.

- Guide clients through on-boarding, configuration, and training.

- Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting.

 

Project & Team Management:

- Lead a small IT support team and coordinate with developers, designers, and project managers.

- Create IT documentation, workflows, and SOP's.

- Oversee procurement and management of hardware and software assets.

 

Strategic Planning:

- Support Tech Valleys technology road-map aligned with organisational growth.

- Recommend and implement best practices in cloud computing, cyber-security, and automation.

 

Travel & Client Engagement:

- Travel to client sites across Pakistan as needed for deployments, training, and technical support.

- Represent Tech Valley in technical meetings with partners and clients.

 

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Masters preferred).

- 34 years of experience in IT management, preferably in the tech or education sector.

- Proven experience with Google Workspace (Admin Console, Deployment, Security settings).

- Knowledge of DNS, hosting, website CMS (e.g., WordPress), and cloud-based tools.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- Willingness to travel across Pakistan for client and project needs.
