Supercrisp, a prominent player in the FMCG and manufacturing sector, is seeking a highly skilled and dynamic IT Manager to lead and manage the company’s technology operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the secure, efficient, and scalable functioning of the IT infrastructure while aligning technology initiatives with overall business objectives.

As the IT Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day IT operations, including network infrastructure, servers, storage systems, and cybersecurity measures. You will lead key IT projects, such as hardware deployments, software rollouts, and system integrations, ensuring timely delivery and seamless execution.

This leadership role involves developing and implementing IT policies, procedures, and best practices to maintain high operational standards and ensure regulatory compliance (including GDPR and ISO requirements). You will also manage vendor relationships, coordinate procurement, and oversee disaster recovery plans to safeguard critical data.

The IT Manager will mentor and evaluate the IT team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. You will monitor system performance to guarantee uptime and reliability, and proactively research and recommend emerging technologies to enhance organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily IT operations and technical support services

• Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices

• Oversee network infrastructure, servers, storage systems, and cybersecurity protocols

• Plan and execute IT projects including hardware installations, software rollouts, and integrations

• Ensure data security, backup strategies, and disaster recovery preparedness

• Mentor and evaluate IT team members to promote a high-performance culture

• Manage vendor relationships for procurement and third-party technical support

• Monitor system performance and maintain system uptime and reliability

• Prepare and control IT department budget effectively

• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO)

• Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve business processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (Master’s preferred)

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT operations with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role

• Strong technical knowledge of IT systems, networks, cybersecurity, and infrastructure management

• Proven track record in IT project management and strategic planning

• Excellent leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, CompTIA, Cisco, or Microsoft

• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Microsoft Azure

• Prior experience working in FMCG or manufacturing industries
