SA Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to lead its IT operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing IT infrastructure, security, team management, and strategic planning to ensure seamless IT support for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1️⃣ IT Infrastructure & Operations

✅ Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and networks.
✅ Ensure high availability of IT systems and troubleshoot issues effectively.
✅ Manage IT assets, ensuring timely upgrades and maintenance.

2️⃣ Security & Compliance

✅ Implement cybersecurity measures to protect company data and IT assets.
✅ Ensure compliance with IT policies, industry regulations, and security standards.
✅ Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.

3️⃣ Team Management & Support

✅ Lead and mentor the IT team, providing training and guidance.
✅ Act as the primary point of contact for IT support, resolving technical issues efficiently.
✅ Collaborate with departments to align IT solutions with business goals.

4️⃣ Strategic Planning & Innovation

✅ Assess and implement new technologies to improve operational efficiency.
✅ Develop and manage the IT budget, optimizing cost-effectiveness.
✅ Establish IT policies, procedures, and best practices.

Preferred Skills (Optional but Beneficial)

✔ Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CISSP, or CCNA.
✔ Experience with ERP systems and business process automation.

Qualification & Experience:

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
💼 5+ years of experience in IT Management or a similar role.
