🔎 Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary escalation point for Tier 1 hardware & networking incidents
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across desktops, laptops, servers, switches, routers, and firewalls
Install and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure, including cabling and wireless access points
Monitor network performance using tools like PRTG, SolarWinds, or similar
Manage hardware lifecycle — procurement, deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning
Configure and support VPNs, VLANs, and network segmentation
Coordinate with vendors for repairs, warranties, and replacements
Maintain documentation for network topology, assets, and incident logs
Participate in on-call rotations for critical infrastructure issues
Provide technical guidance to Tier 1 support team
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) is mandatory
3–5 years of relevant experience
Strong understanding of networking & IT infrastructure
Good communication skills
