It Infrastructure Engineer

Aciano Technologies is looking for a full-time IT Infrastructure Engineer on-site role, Karachi. The IT Infrastructure Engineer will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure, including troubleshooting, network administration, network security, and providing technical support. The role requires ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of the IT systems to meet business needs effectively.

Responsibilities:

-Proficient in both Windows and Linux environments.

-Provide timely technical assistance to end-users.

-Maintain and monitor network infrastructure (firewalls, servers).

-Manage user accounts and security policies.

-Oversee website hosting services.

-Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new team members.

-Maintain domain records and SSL certificates.

-Handle user provisioning, licensing, and configuration within Microsoft 365 (Office 365) suite.

Desired Qualifications:

-Proficiency in managing Windows/Linux servers.

-Experience with on-premises and cloud environments. (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).

-Prior website hosting management experience.

-Familiarity with DNS and SSL setup.

-Microsoft Azure Administrator certification (a plus).
