Receiving Calls and Providing Assistance
Logging Tickets against Reported Issues
Assigning Tickets to relevant Teams received from Internal Ticketing Portal
Communicate clearly and effectively with end users
Providing Level-1 (L1) Support to delegated tasks
Using e-mail source for Communicating with IT Service Desk Team
Bachelor's Degree preferably in Computer Science/ or related fields
Good Troubleshooting Skills
Bilingual English/Arabic
Flexible in timings, able to work in Roster based shifts
