It Executive For Network And Support

 

Description:

• Manage and maintain our company's network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, and other network-related technologies.

 

• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide technical support to end-users.

 

• Ensure the security and integrity of our company's network systems.

 

• Develop and implement network policies and procedures to ensure optimal network performance.

 

• Monitor and analyze network performance, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions.

 

• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for hardware, software, and services.

 

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

 

• Train and mentor technical support staff.

 

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

 

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in network and technical support.

 

• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, and other network-related technologies.

 

• Familiarity with network security, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems.

 

• Experience with network management tools and software.

 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
