Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain computer systems, networks, and IT infrastructure

Provide technical support to staff and troubleshoot hardware/software issues

Install, configure, and update systems and applications

Monitor system performance and ensure data security

Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment and services

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

1–3 years of relevant experience

Knowledge of networking, hardware, software, and troubleshooting

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment
