Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications.
Manage support tickets and ensure timely resolution
Assist in maintaining LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and firewalls.
Monitor system performance, backups, and security updates.
Manage user accounts, email setups, and access permissions.
Ensure compliance with IT security policies and data protection standards.

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
6 month to 1 years of experience in IT support or administrative IT roles.
Strong understanding of Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking concepts.
Knowledge of PC hardware troubleshooting and maintenance.
Good problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
